Raymarine ARCHIVE.FSH structure

Hi!

Since several weeks I'm working on the file format of the Raymarine's archive.fsh files. Recently I published software.

@OpenCPN devs: don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in adding this to OpenCPN. Please note that I still work in this, thus the format specification may slightly change.

I am also interested in receiving original ARCHIVE.FSH files to find more info! Please send it to me together with a description about device type, date, time, ....

Yes, I know this tool, but it is closed source and Windows-only.
