oeSENC: Error on Fingerprint file creation

I've tried yesterday to download a new chart set as suggested but after downloading 63Mo in 6 hours, link breaks.
I'm trying with my GSM.

Phil's case is resolved now his system is showing the oeSENC charts now.

And I want to add some precision :
My problem was by reading Gilletarom tutorial too quickly and I zapped to generate fpr file off line.
Second precision is O-Charts Customer Service is really five stars and I'll thank again the staff.

Hello,
I use norton antivirus (NAV) but the problem is the same with the antivirus not activated.
I am now in cruiser, I sent the problem to ochart when i came back at home.
