NOAA Region 10 Missing Detail for East St. John USVI

Hello!

I have been using OpenCPN for some chart plotting in the USVI. However, something that is bugging me is the Region 10 NOAA ENC charts for the USVI seem to have very little detail on the east side of St. John. The west side has lots of detail and minutiae if you zoom in.

I use the Region 10 - Puerto Rico and USVI charts

Should I be using a different chart for the USVI? I am relying on the free NOAA charts. I also use Navionics and have the Navionics charts with greater detail, but I hate using the Navionics chart viewer, much prefer OpenCPN.

If you look at the cells, the western half is covered by the 1:15000 cell US5PR16M, while the eastern comes from the 1:100000 US4PR11M (equivalent of the chart 25641) and as the NOAA chart viewer confirms no larger scale cell covering that area exists.
