Merging Routes

Hello everyone,

In OpenCPN I see how to split a route, but I don't see any option to combine two routes.

Is there a way to combine two routes?

Thanks,

N. Dow

Re: Merging Routes

If you want to combine two nearby routes you can, right click, "Append a Waypoint" to one route and set the new WP on the start WP on another route. You'll be asked to use the nearby... and so on.

Re: Merging Routes

That doesn't combine the two routes. It merely adds the starting route point of the second route to the end of the first route. The routes are still two separate routes.

Actually, it does. It asks you if yiu wish to add the rest of the route, effectively combining the two routes (you then give combined route new name...).

OK. That must have been changed in a more recent version than I am using.
