Linux Flatpak Installation and Debian plugins

I have a Flatpak installation with Linux Mint. 20.3 Cinnnamon 64 bit



OpenCPN 5.2.4 Just installed thus a newbie.



I want to install the admiralty tide tables and find them only as deb package.


Can a dep-plugins be installed in a flatpak version for Linux Mint?
