Backup and restore now oeSenc dongle is not recognised

So I was trying out new bullseye version on my Pi4, decided there were too many issues for me to sort out at this time so went back to my latest back up and restored my system without any problems.

Except that when I try and run opencpn it doesn't recognise the oeSenc dongle. If I try to refresh the charts I get error code 9 "this system name already exists but finger print doesnot match"

I assumed that the dongle would work across multiple different operating systems but only on one machine at a time. What can I do to get my charts back?

If this is a 64bit RasPi then,

- install flatpack OpenCPN and there oeSENC
- close OCPN, insert dongle, restart O
- a message shall pop-up requesting to install a udev rule (exact command is in the message)

Which system name shows up in the oeSENC chart tab?
Can you please create a fpr file manually from Options|Plug-ins|oeSENC --> Preferences and send it to us at o-charts with a short discription or the link to this thread?

Another step you might want to try:
sudo apt install opencpn-sglock-i386

Re: Backup and restore now oeSenc dongle is not recognised

Sorry all my fault, I've got three USB dongles for keyboard, mouse and oeSenc, all unmarked, except on with a serial number on it. My keyboard had stopped working so I took out what I assumed was the keyboard USB dongle, except that it wasn't :-(
All working now.
