Re: What is this? Wrench? Snubber? Any clue?

Those two , at #1 and #8 , aren't the same - one is left handed the other is right handed.
The three slots look like shackle keys but a bit tricky to use if hanging off it at the mast head.

My dad used to mess with the sales people in a hardware store by asking where the left handed screw drivers were located. While some sales people could see the joke, others went scurrying off to ask management where these could be found.

They are to be found adjacent to the left-handed hammers and the left-handed gloves and the left-handed lightbulbs. That is the SouthPaw isle.

And if one is at the auto parts store, they will likely be found near the blinker fluid.

If you right click on an image and select "Search image with Google" it will find a match if there is one. This search brought up a lot of similar multi-tools, but no direct match.
Glad it was finally solved.

Clearly not a wrench, but a pelican hook with bale. A heavy load coupling of some sort. Could be used for a couple things such as the business end of a snubber, perhaps attaching a drogue, pulling a motor or loading cargo. Being without swivel, not much else comes to mind where tying a bowline or anchor bend might get it done.

Its a rigging tool, to open and tighten shaeckels without to have to use a pair of pliers, plus some other utilities, when you are hanging somewhere in the rigg.

Don't recall the name but it's used as a temporary attachment to a ring. A line is attached to the end with the link then the big end will snap over the ring connection. It's been a lot of years since seeing one of these.

The “handle” portion looks like three slots that serve as shackle wrenches. The hook part, I don’t know.

Looks to me like a hasp one would use to vary tension in a stay or foot of a sail to a deck mount.
