hi
have a friend currently in The Bahamas cruising.
Has a brand-new radio, just texted me, he cannot find the frequency for Parker net.
According to his site, he uses 8.137 & 12.350 USB

What settings he needs to select on this radio?

Please as short as possible, his cell connectivity is extremely weak.
