Marine mobile Ham radio antenna solutions
Has anyone used a 23' whip (Shakespeare, Glomex, etc.) SSB antenna on amateur radio frequencies with any success? Assume an antenna tuner was used.

Yes and yes. Anything will load with the right tuner. How well it works on 40 or 80M is a different question.
