EPIRB and MMSI for Cayman Islands flagged boat

Anyone have experience in getting a ships radio license, EPIRP registration and MMSI for a new boat that is being flagged in the Cayman Islands? Appreciate some advise as it seems "confusing".

Curious about getting our boat registered in the Caymans. US Citizens, buying boat in Spain. Will be living in Spain for about a year than going to Windward and Leeward Islands for potential crewed charter business. (Also plan on running some charters in Spain before leaving.) Since I got the radio license, I was hoping you could give me advice on getting registered and flagged in the Caymans.
