You have a good point. Weak sauce.

I think they should send in the French version of a Seal Team. Swim up alongside silently and take them at gunpoint to the nearest French island for immediate conviction and execution for piracy on the high seas and leaving the site of a wrecking.

Maybe they call them Frogmen. LOL

unlike the thieving scavengers, the french won't blog about it before or after.. Id be very afraid ….. ( ps french seal teams, seems to prefer dynamite rather then messy paperwork arrests …)
