An "adventure" is a near disaster, we don't like adventures.

"How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are." Toast yourself with a glass of vino in front of this little plaque at the end of a particularly trying day when you have conquered both boat and elements .... well, sort of.
The other is "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" - earns you another glass of vino when safely ensconced wherever you have chosen to be.

Something on your boat breaks every day…if you are lucky you know what it is.

Don't worry - that will buff right out

Gentlemen don't sail to weather because

1 - they have people to do that for them
2- They might spill their drink

maybe that should be in reverse order

Our books have gotten 5 star reviews on Amazon. Several readers have written "I never thought I would go on a circumnavigation, but when I read these books, I was right there in the cockpit with Vinni and Carsten"
