I found this article interesting, probably my worst nightmare (more than storms and containers bobbing around). Kudos to the passing boats that took off the crew. Of particular note, because the crew reported a cooking gas cylinder aboard the CG did not attempt any firefighting until after the cylinder was observed to explode. The delay did lead to the involvement of a second boat in the fire, but I understand why they didn't want to approach a known bomb.
