My mom has lived in half-time in Treasure Cay for more than 20 years - has always refilled prescriptions (from her US doctor) at the Chemist's Shoppe in Marsh Harbour with no problems. My husband and I spent a few months in the Abacos and also easily refilled prescriptions there .
