Plugins Missing for OpenCPN 4.4

I need to get the new BSB4 plugin but there seems to be a glitch.

Thanks but I'm not seeing the BSB4 plug-in in that list. I need that plug-in to view my Canadian charts. Just installed version 4.4 and found out the old plug-in is not compatible, and the new one seems to be missing in action.
