I do sometimes use a bridle to lie at an angle if the waves and and wind are not aligned.


On an all chain rode I use a bridle with an elastic snubber.
On a monohull that's logical, but Chotu's boat is a catamaran. The ideal technique changes a bit as a result.

sorry. You’re in the wrong type of thread. This is a Catamaran thread. Maybe I should have put it into the multihull section but I do prefer that we all can talk about boats. Trying not to exclude people.
