Freezing dive cylinders

Hi all,



We are in New York and just laid up and winterized our boat for the winter. I just realized I left 2 full (3000psi) dive cylinders on the boat.



It's going to get very cold here tonight and next week. Will the cylinders be damaged by the low temps?

A few cave shops back in the day would put tanks in ice water before they filled them to get more air in. Cute sales trick

Anyway that tank can take temps that would be insanely low, if there is a weak point, it’s the O ring between the tank and valve, super low temps could harden the rubber O-ring and maybe blow it, but even if that happened it’s child play to replace one and any dive shop should have new ones.
