My sailboat's name is Full Circle, a good friend gave me a 10' valco tinny for a tender, he named it "Circle Jerk". HA HA HA

We have a nearly recycled 10 ft Jonboat as a dingy at the moment, and in the process of its repair and restoration this aluminum boat was painted with a concoction mix of black, pink, and white paint that came out a nice battleship grey. I also put a 2x6 PT plank across the bow to secure mooring cleats/tow capacity onto this vessel, and it strongly resembled, when complete, a hammerhead shark. Thus her name is Hammerhead, and will have the corresponding eyes and shark tooth logo that was applied to the nose sections of the P-47 War Hawk (or "Kitty Hawk" for the Britons out there) of WW2 fame.

I am also considering adding some "fins" in form of styrofoam flotation sections that would be affixed to the external hull and assist in planing her, as she sits very low in the water and could be swamped pretty easily in waves of more than perhaps a foot. She is fine for inland waters that are very protected (lakes and quiet rivers) but I would not even think of taking her out to even the northern sections of the St. John's River because she was meant for swamp operation, and that is about it. When the wind comes up, she goes in!

I will be obtaining or building a better tender, but for now, she is what I have...

There may have been yet another level of connection, to that specific model - Elvis was 42 when he died.

Yup, that is them, Chennault's Flying Tigers. I think this would look danged cool on her instead of the battered aluminum that she once appeared. It was either that or redneck camo, and I was not going to go that way... LOL! All my neighbors would be wanting to "borrow" her if she was camo'ed...

Well a friend with a 60' Hatteras that was a big Clint Eastwood fan named his boat "Fistfull of Dollars" (in the exact movie font), and the dingy? . . "For a Few Dollars More".

She burned 110gal/hr at a cruise of 28 knots, so it was trully a fistfull of dollars.
