Mine looks very similar to yours but no thru bolt or running back tangs. Also mine is only 2' below the mast
head and set up as a solent stay. Had mine made in NZ 25+ years ago

advice. Buy a roll of plumbers tape and tape the inside of the piece where it touches the mast. Easily trimmed with a razor blade. Has worked excellent for me over the years and we use this on anything SS that touches the mast or boom. Cheek blocks,
winch bases etc. Plumbers tape is used to wrap copper pipe before pouring concrete over it. it is NOT
electrical tape
