Help .. Wood workers in the Forida Keys ???

If anyone knows an experienced marine wood worker anywhere near the Florida keys PLEASE chime in. We had our boat put on the hard in Marathon and the mast taken down to re-varnish, and discovered some rot at the top of the mast. It is box construction and made of spruce. Its been a difficult task in the keys finding anyone that has the skills or ambition to work on wood. Any advice or recommendation would be greatly appreciated !!

Thank you for your replys ... we ended up meeting fellow cruisers with experience with wooden masts and they are currently helping to get the job done right. We plan on selling the boat soon after trip and wanted to make sure its done right. Its amazing the poor work ethic out there these days. Smh
