Hi Sailorboy1 , not exactly , Schenker ERS (energy recovery system) is patent in USA and EU by Schenker, same common concept of the Clark Pump but with different solutions her below the link to the pages

I feel if you the Schenker pump is better that you missed a chance to just list the reasons.
