replacement faucets and fixtures for 1986 Searanger

Hi,

Does anyone know of a source for a replacement cartridge for a leaking shower fixture for an old Taiwanese motoryacht marketed under the Searanger brand? it is the same as a Symbol, Ka Shing, C&L etc. The problem is I can't find faucet cartridges or a new faucet of the same type and size. Of course it is metric.
