ICW @ Mc Cormic bridge/ SR212 Jax Bch

I read on Cruiser Net message board that this bridge is being repaired/replaced and the DOT has closed the ICW weekdays. This construction was supposed to be from 7/2 to 7/20 during which from 8am to 5pm, except for 12-1 pm and weekends.
Is this really going on? Does it mean only the marked ICW channel itself is closed, or is all north/south traffic blocked on the ICW here? ie can itty bitty boats still get through?

Went under the new hi rise a few weeks ago. The old bridge is gone. One less on the ICW!
