Thanks button doesn't work
Couldn't find an answer to this - I can't seem to send "Thanks" to anyone. If I tap the "thanks" button, only part of the dialogue box opens, but I can't "add" the thanks, or submit it. Is there some set-up I need to complete?

Check if your 'Sent' box needs emptying

I have 118 messages of an allowed 25000 - so not sure it has to do with that. It seems to be with my laptop, as I can send thanks on my desktop at work.

I have had a look in the back office and can't see anything amiss. Can you post a screen shot showing what does display while I alert the experts.

Ok, it appears if I right-click the "thanks" button after left-clicking it, and I select "open link" I can give thanks. It's a work-around I can live with, but still curious why it's doing this.

We've had something of the sort occur after
changing the settings in "fonts and colors", "advanced options" within the browser.

I know...it's a long shot.
