Looks like a cross between a Navy Patent and a Danforth....no idea. I have never seen it sold in any boat store.

This anchor has been designed by the Frenchman Guy ROYER and is build by the FOB company (Forges et Outillage de Bretagne) in Britany.

This model is quite common on French boats, just because it's selling price is very cheap. But, like all "flat" anchors, it's a unstable anchor which corkscrew and break free under load..
