Hi Rick

I will see what repo I downloaded it from. If it wasn’t from yours I will grab a snapshot from there and let you know when I am back in the office.

It has TDan's black ball feature and includes the most current PR's from everyone.

Re: Mac plug-ins

Ron, when you get a chance can you try compiling RMradar_pi for ov50 Mac?
Its a beta version, I just want to see if it works ok. Perhaps there is a Mac user out there who can test it?

Thumbs up Re: Mac plug-ins

Hi Rick,

I have had a look at the list you identified today and have uploaded what I could after compiling and creating a package from the latest version / one that will compile on macOS for the given plugin I am glad I have a much faster machine to compile, even so it took a while... I intend to create a batch process to make for a more automated process.

Please Note:

A number are missing things in the repository such as the include files directory and more commonly the data directory which usually contains the plugin icons for the launch tab.

where possible I have attempted to fix what was missing and then determined if the plugin was working or not.

If a particular plugin had a few graphics issues I didn't upload.

quite a few need to be optimised for clarity between operating systems. the down side of wxWidgets.

We will see how people go installing them.

All run on the release version of OpenCPN on my machine. I cannot vouch for the API numbering being "correct" Plenty to keep people happy playing for days

/Ron

Re: Mac plug-ins

Ron, thank you!
Perhaps between you and Nereus32, the macOS issues can be identified and fixed?
If you want to make changes in git, I will pull or merge to my repository, and we should probably make sure the OP repository has a PR too.

Hi Rick the Data directory mostly contains the svg / png images for the launch bar status I did write a list of what was needed for a given plugin I can write that up so you can push what is missing.

There is also the question of amending the plugins to the latest template. Maybe that is a better approach ?

Re: Mac plug-ins

Ron, not sure what you mean about the latest template? Please explain. For Data/ is it a matter of finding the icons, making them greyscale, and putting them in a data directory. If so, I'll look at some of the working examples and do that. What about setting the macOS path? the line you and nereus32 had in the two other plugins?

Hi Rick

There are a few versions of template used to create the plugin

It is something I saw Pavel mention. Bringing all the plugins up to the same layout version. P
