Accumulator tanks come precharged at 25 PSI. This sounds like where the problem is.

OPen your faucet and let the pump cycle. Let air out of the tank at the valve and when the pump quits cycling...

There hasn't been an increase down here in Jacksonville, Fl. This is a navy town with 2 bases.

The dye test is for checking to see if people are DIRECT DISCHARGING, not pumping out the holding tank. Think flushing and it going directly overboard.

My first reply had to do with the starter solenoid. Now the OP comes back and says the starter is seized, yet it would work when hooked up to shore power.

I wonder if his shore power has a battery...

It is your phone that is the culprit. Before you take a picture, turn off the auto rotate feature on your phone.
