Hey Viking,

I see you have a Fantasia 35. I just looked at one in Alameda, CA, and am intrigued. One big question I have is how well it sails, esp upwind. It's got a fairly low sail/displacement ratio (14.1), a lot of topsides, and just generally a *lot* of weight (my little chart says that the displacement/waterline ratio for a "heavy cruiser" is 325 and up, and the Fantasia is at 515! Much more than any other boat I've seen.

That said I love the look and layout. Though the guy wants $63K, which seems a lot for any 35' boat.

Seems like you're very happy with yours from your posts, but I haven't seen much info anywhere on the web about how these boats actually sail.

Appreciate any info! (Anything to watch out for with these boats?)
