This is a belated "thank you" for reporting the post by homer1958 regarding USCG documentation.

As you will have seen, the thread went quiescent after we moderators had discussed it and in consequence I made a number of deletions in addition to the ones made by Adelie.

The sort of help from members that your report exemplifies is very much appreciated by all of us :-)
