Did you ever buy a Calypso ultrasonic anemometer for your boat . Im considering the purchase of a used one i hear the company has filed for bankruptcy. i thinking that they may have had a good product that not enough people bought ? did you like yours if you bought one .?

Growing up in Victoria, there were bumper stickers that said the same thing. I'd give some good money to have one of those now.

thanks, I believe my days as a logging engineer and a commercial diver prepared me for crossing the Gulf of Mexico, i.e. 7 days of sleepless nights - I certainly don't miss being on 24 hour call, going offshore in the middle of the night, and then logging for the next 8 hours plus.

    Hi Sailmonkey,
I can't seem to start a new thread. Seems my new thread button has disappeared. I sent the webmaster a message asking why, but am not expecting a speedy reply, and need to get this posted asap. Last time I started a new thread was last March, and can't think of any reason I would be under censure. Can you help?

So how serious of a problem is a soft deck? It seems like my cabin top keeps getting softer and softer even though I can't figure out what could be leaking to let water into it. Of course, maybe I'm just getting fatter.

I was going to try to anchor out someplace Saturday night. What are the best spots?

Cay Power had them in stock, so I grabbed an extra one for you.

Part #201-09023 Beta10/Beta14/Beta20 DENSO Alternator Spacer -- according to the guys on the beta marine forum, this will solve our Phasor belt rubbing problem.

Hey man, I hope you haven't permanently disembarked yet. I tried to reef this weekend, and I can't get my lines to pull through the boom. I was hoping you could take a look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong.
