IMHO, The Duke only ever played himself. He was just lucky that sufficient roles were available to keep him employed.

That doesnt mean I dont like his films, - and The story of his making of the Alamao desrves a film of its own.

Nothing wrong with being fussy, .........its kept me single and out of trouble for a few years, but there comes a time when a persons thoughts turn lightly to love, romance and the long term soul matieness issues in life and a person must find another person.

When youve lived a life and been round the loop, unlike the teenagers, you get a feel for what is what, and what is not suitable, and there lies the rub. One becomes more selective and in doing so, the field narrows, even though one is perfectly prepared to adapt and compromise.

Beardies, fatties, smokers and dwarfs dont float the boat.

Hey, what's wrong with a beard? Does that mean you would turn down Sean Connery?

As long as we are in fantasy land....when asked what I'm looking for I always joke...."young woman, old money"

As a good friend says, when we are 80 we'll both be ugly, so she better be funny. I've had dates with the rich and the stunning, I'll take a wicked wit and sharp mind above all else.

You'll more than double your chances of hooking up if you consider swinging both ways. It's a statistical thing. Good luck, whoever you try to do.

David, dear buddy, you are pushing the envelope. If you had solicited a woman with a house, I'm sure you would have a fish on the line by now. She might be a bit older, but that's a minor detail.

But a women with a boat? You're outside the paradigm boy. Let's be real.

Or not.

Seriously, tear a page out of Vito Dumas's life. He figured out the game. He didn't buy his boat. He was kept man, sort of. Damn fine sailor too.

Would a twin mean they have to have 2 boats?

Or maybe just a cat?

David, I have a boat, I often have crew join me without paying, am happy to cook and like fresh bread. Bacon crispy of course. I'm also looking for traveling companions, not a relationship. For the moment at least I'm a man. If I get the sex change to fulfill your other requirement, what guaranteed to I have you won't jump ship at the first port? It's not a cheap surgery, so I'd want someone in it for the long haul.
