Too cool coops. I watched it twice and can't figure out how they make it 2 wheel drive or even what's powering it. The only thing i didnt like were the tires. They don't look like they would last too long even if you didn't pop em on something sharp

It has a small gasoline engine in the center and two bicycle chains driving the wheels. The tires look pretty rugged.

Must be something different than chain in the front or it wouldn't steer!

At 1:26 you can clearly see the chain. It pivots in the same plane as the steering tube. A right angle drive, probably with a pinion gear, is under the fender.

Re: Motorcycle in a bag. Boat perfect?

Was interested in the Rokon until I saw the price...still a neat bike and worth a thought.

Re: Motorcycle in a bag. Boat perfect?

This sort of thing is nothing new. In the late 70s, in Papeete some folks from a Columbia 34 used to take their Honda 50 mini bike ashore and ride all over the place. It had handlebars that folded flat, and small tires and would fold into a suitcase shaped package for carrying. Neat toy. _____Grant.

My boat was delivered to the boat show">Annapolis Boat Show in 1977 equipped with two Honda 90 Street/Trail models with folding bars! The forward hatches now hold folding bikes and much more but if I can find a good deal on a ST90....

I'm thinking electric hub motors in each of the custom tires along with a couple of batteries ... somewhere ... maybe also in the tires.
