I'm betting it is for Vancouver. I thought most places had like a price per length per year then you divide by the month, then here - we flip over to length/month price.

Is it true that you gotta wait years to even become a COOP memeber here? Probably a very sought after place, but even at $900 (26') per month is steep.

From my reading those were yearly costs at spruce. Yes, long 5-7 year waitlist for co-op shares (according to their website) which cost $50,000 but if you buy a boat with shares you have the option to buy them, on approval from the board.

That is the live aboard licence for the city of Vancouver, it is yearly. You don't pay taxes so you have to pay the licence fee.
