New to Norfolk VA and New to Sailing
Hi, I'm Isaac. I moved to Virginia a few months ago. My older brother, Nick, recommended that i look into buying a boat instead of renting an apartment. I was just wondering about how much it costs and where some marina locations are at and would appreciate any advice.
