You should be aware that most moorings on St. John are part of the Virgin Islands National Park. While the fee is $15.00 a night, you are limited to no more than 7 consecutive days in one bay and a maximum of 30 days per YEAR in the park. Not really a liveaboard location as it is a National Park... but is a great place to visit.
