Finally Moving Aboard!!!!!

It is so funny how are lives can change so quickly! A couple of months ago I realized my passion as a chef was still burning inside me. I spent a lot of time in St. Augustine this summer and fell in love with it. Cruising the local eateries I stumbled on to this little shack off the beaten path OMG! the food was to die for. So I bought the place. The Back 40 Urban Cafe is my new culinary adventure.

I will be sailing Harmony my Cheoy Lee down and around and up the coast. I will be living aboard at a little marina named English Landing. The beautiful thing is I can walk to work,the bank and the grocery store. What more could a guy ask for!
