He he.

I think it is the other way around we are the beautiful ones.
Why should we let them mingle with us?

There are reasons boats are called "she" and not all of them are flattering. Certainly the ability to provide a "certain kind" of gratification is not among them. On the other hand, many people have gotten screwed by their boat and without so much as a kiss. I, for one, prefer to keep my relationship with my boat purely platonic. Well...platonic and financial.

Boats are not a "she" in every country / culture (can't remember which ones though!).

You need to explain how the mindset of one who believes that love and sex go together has anything to do with divorce.
We don't know if you're implying that divorce comes as a result of this mindset, or that this mindset is would be changed through the enlightenment of divorce.
Nor have you explained how you came to this conclusion.
Also, make note that I asserted it is his mindset which you are referring to since you didn't explicitly state it. I'm doing a lot of work for you to make sense of this.

You've misquoted "love because of sex" (no one actually said this), but I understand that this is basically a simplification of how you interpreted what was said, and I think you misinterpreted.
The concept, in the way I interpreted it is that love comes with sex, not a result of it. Of course they can be separate, but the reality of human nature is that a guy in a relationship without sex, is probably nothing but a supporter who gains nothing in the relationship. And that is not to say that sex is the sole thing to be gained. With human nature, having a guy around to do things for you, will lend you the ability to "love" him. Seems like a nice compromise when the alternative of feeling guilty about it is out of the question.

"in love with someone" because of their possessions?? how rude and greedy does one have to get before making your life miserable?? good luck
I agree with you, but for the most part, the guys here are saying these things a bit facetiously with some undertones of humor.
I don't think guys expect love from their possessions, but I do think they generally feel that possessions help, in the same way that girls generally don't expect love from their looks, but think it helps.

no wonder there are so many single and needy BROKE-ASS males on this planet....
If I were to say "there are so many needy ugly chicks that need to just GO AWAY", you'd probably think that was rude. I hope I provided a shiny enough mirror for you to reflect on what you said.

The "Friendzone" only one step better than the "Bro-zone" (you are like a brother to me) - i.e. that person who helps her move house and may get a pat on the head and an iced tea outta the deal.)

There are broken dudes and broken chicks. Many of these folks have failed to understand and break free from their stereotypes.

And while Z ceertainly needs no help from me 'splainin' herself, this is a pretty light thread and no one needs to take it too seriously.
