Checklist for Atlantic Crossing

Dear sailers,

I am planning to cross the Atlantic this November from the Canaries to St. Lucia.

For my personal and our yacht´s preperation (it´s a Bavaria 45), I am looking for someone, who could provide me with a check-list for Yacht preperation and useful/necessary safety equipment and also for provisioning guidelines and any other useful lists of things to do and not to forget.

I know, that the ARC Ralley has such lists for its participants, so if anyone of you has a possibility to share this with me I would be very grateful!
