Charter Agreement

Does anyone have a link to a decent sample charter agreement?

Hopefully one that's short, to the point, not 100 pages long, or written in lawyer speak.

Or would simply copying and pasting the short blurb I have on my site, once I'm done editing, and just slapping a signature field on it, be enough?

Re: Charter Agreement

If you're going to charter your boat you need a charter agreement 100 pages long written in lawyer speak.

Here is a copy of someone else's. I have not modified it yet, but it is a starting point.

Unless your signed in to Google Docs, you won't be able to see it, but you can download it without being signed in.

Good luck.

You wouldn't happen to be a lawyer?
