Re: Any Photographers with DSLR's Around ?

I don't have a dslr anymore, but maybe pics from a m4/3 with electronic viewfinder qualify ..

These were shot with a 14-140 zoom (which corresponds to 28-280mm in full frame terms) on a Lumix GH3 about a week ago by the river here in Turku.

The orange color is a reflection of foliage.

I do not know only the Jedi can tell.
Anyway with electronic viewfinder single lens reflex have no purpose anymore, too heavy, 1.7 kg for my D7100 when my Optio 33R is less than 0.25 kg, too cumbersome and too fragile it look like that next year my 15 year old grand niece will get my Nikon.
Looks like this thread will become a repository for dslr.

Interesting pictures it always makes me wonder how digital camera interprets colours?
That picture was taken inside a rainbow, the camera was unable to render the multi coloured droplets of water in suspension in the air. I did not see the pot of gold either.

Thanks! It was one of a series, capturing a playful couple between Goldsmith and Shaw Islands in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park...and there are plenty more similar pics in our catalogue from previous OZ cruises. If you're looking for whales and dolphins, there are HEAPS along the OZ East Coast...

Re: Any Photographers with DSLR's Around ?

I'm at Emerald Isle, North Carolina, for the week. The sunrises have been pretty nice. That's a shrimp boat in the upper right - the fresh shrimp has been great, too!

I used a slow shutter speed to blur the waves.

Re: Any Photographers with DSLR's Around ?

Beautiful pictures from everyone. I just found it my wife got some sort of Sony DSLR type camera, but she doesn't intend to learn how to use it, so I'm going to try using it.
