New Purchase Registration

Hi All,

We have just purchased a Belliure 40 1985, currently US flagged, she's in the BVI post Irma, great condition, little damage, and we will have her back on the water soon

We are in the process of deciding where to flag her, we are both UK citizens, currently working in the BVI, we will keep her in the Caribbean for another year before traveling further afield, eventually pacific and rest of the globe.

Can anyone shed some light on where we should think about registering her, UK, BVI, other tax havens...?

Both UK Citizens, work and have boat in the BVI...

Somehow missed that. Sometimes speed reading isn't too swift. N'any case, if you are both UK citizens, and in the British Virgins, why would you not want to flag her as a British Yacht?

We are definitely considering UK registry, just wanted peoples opinions as to what our best option would be
