I am about to refinish my companionway
and lazarette teak
They were built by a professional a few years back but they haven't been maintained.
I have to use a heat in to remove the remaining varnish
and start over again.
There is some pitting and small voids in the black caulking.
My question is this;
What do I do?
Do I fill these void areas with the same caulk?
Will the 10 coats of varnish
Mind you it's not in that bad of shape and the caulking doesnt need recaulking.
