I think I finally landed on the Argie 15 at dix Designs. It's 2 person (so I can teach my wife to sail), it's plywood stitch and glue (easy) and small enough (less than 14ft LWL) I don't have to register it here in North Carolina as long as I don't put a motor on it . I probably will register and title it anyway though. Just in case.
