TBT paint kills everything, and is pervasive as hell in the Ecosystem.
That is why it outlawed in the USA, for bottom paint.
Unless, your the Feds.
It is listed as a pesticide, and can only be purchased,or applied by licensed personal.
It is used primarily on Outdrives.
