Haul-out / Bottom Paint Recession Specials?

Anyone know of anyone in the San Francisco Bay area that is running a good reduced rate for haulout and paint special?

Have been reading some Seattle ads that have haulouts as low as $4/foot for boats under 40' (half their normal going rate).

I know that the recession is wreaking havoc on boatyards, and hey, I was laid off, but I gotta get the boat done, so looking for a decent special --- either haul and paint, or bargain haul and DIY.
