Cabin Cruiser Windows

I have a 1993 thompson 3100 santa cruz with some window issues. The long windows have leaked. I had them removed and reset but the rubber that lines the screws has shrunk. Can I get those replaced or can I make one?

Other window problem. The hatch lens (window) has come out of the frame. How do I fix that.

Thanks

JC
