How can I tell what age this vessel is as I wasn't able to get on it or contact the owner?

Anyone care to guess where it is parked? Closest capital City is close enough

I'd do almost anything to go for a ride on it!

Am wanting to purchase one this year or a slightly smaller Antigua or Tobago but have never been on one. Have been on the Seawind 1000. Could have sworn I saw it out a couple of weekends ago with sails flapping constantly in the 20 knots of breeze. Would be happy to share my sailing skills with the potentially new owner!

It's a late model Lavezzi 40, which is quite different to the Tobago and Antigua.

An early model Lavezzi 40.

Late model Lavezzi. They changed the port lights to the elliptical shape in 2005 or 06. The earlier models have oval port lights.

I would be interested in some internal photos of the FP 37-40. Not the catamarans.com type ones, just candid ones that people have of their own. Interested in getting a feel for live-aboard arrangements. Washing machine, ironing board, the mundane stuff.

Washing machine? Ironing board? I had to smile. We wear as little as possible and wash it in a bucket. Obviously there are more than one definition of "live-aboard".
