Catamaran for Sale??

I'm in the market to purchase a good condition, well maintained cat in the 36' to 45' or so size. I'd prefer something in a 4 cabin model with roomy salon w/ galley up, and large cockpit with ample seating for guests & entertaining. Something located in the South East, Florida, or Caribbean would be best, but I'm willing to look at any exceptional deals regardless of location. New and Used Yachts for Sale - YachtWorld.com will have the most complete list of boats available from brokers. A very much smaller list of boats for sale by owner can be found in Mutihulls Magazine, Multihulls Magazine On Line and local free mags like SpinSheet - Chesapeake Bay Sailing (or.info) and others. "Exceptional Deals" in this price range will not be for the faint of heart, or even for the mostly sober! Unless you really need to unload a lot of money fast, get a survey.
