Catamaran for Sale??

I'm in the market to purchase a good condition, well maintained cat in the 36' to 45' or so size. I'd prefer something in a 4 cabin model with roomy salon w/ galley up, and large cockpit with ample seating for guests & entertaining. Something located in the South East, Florida, or Caribbean would be best, but I'm willing to look at any exceptional deals regardless of location.
