[QUOTE=HappyMdRSailor;1492974]Alex, wonder if JP would be ok with sharing the costs of the "general good guy discounted fee" for 160 mi tow??? Simply curious....

the owner and JP are both from Belguim......so they are speaking the same language already

Re: Atlantic Delivery

I wonder if the delays in progress are due to Boatys Crew member possibly being Robert Redford re-enacting his last Movie??

Re: Atlantic Delivery

update JP has the green light from the owner, they will head out once they have an updated position, next fun bit is going to be finding the catamaran in the overcast weather.

have a look for youself,JP's boat is the one to the immediate far left of the bow of the three masted schooner.

Re: Atlantic Delivery

78 miles and all is clear
No wind, no telly, no smokes or beer.
Boaty looks left and Boaty looks right.
Waiting to push that SPOT at night.

Then he sparks and gives his nod,
To the men of the sea and the nautical Gods
"Who needs electrics or other such cramps?
"We have buckets and old oil lamps"

The Naysayers yell and spin and stew,
Dancing and screaming "Oh what should we do?
"Thursday there'll be waves and a terrible blow.
"We'd better be quick and call in a tow."

But Boaty laughs as he pisses to port,
Spitting beef jerky and calling it "Sport"
For Boaty knows it's a matter of luck,
"Don't give me knickers, and don't give a ****."

Fantastic! But... then any "good guy" price would be totally unrealistic "real world price".... Useless info most likely...

I'm pretty sharp on world history and current political relations.... I'm not missing any recent Portuguese-Belgian tiffs am I ???

I can't tell. Is that a trawler?
And I wasn't paying attention at the beginning but is Boaty solo?
